Please join the Farmington Community Stargazers as they look at the night sky through telescopes! Viewing will be on October 28th from 6 to 9 PM. The event will be canceled if it is raining or too cloudy to view the sky. The back up date is October 29th, from 6 to 9 PM.

We will meet at the Maybury State Park Ball fields parking lot, accessible from the 8 mile entrance to the park.  Please wear warm clothing, as it will get chilly when the sun goes down. All ages are welcome!

Please use caution and care when looking through the volunteers’ telescopes as they contain sensitive optical materials. Preserve our night sky experience by minimizing any ambient lighting from cellphones, flashlights, and car headlights. Red flashlights are okay.
